How to register for the workshop<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Fourth International SPONSE Workshop attendees are kindly invited to complete their registration online using the link in the upper right corner of the home page. Credentials will be provided to login to a own personal page where it is possible to manage the papers submission and the payment of the registration fee.
\nAbstract submissions do not require any fee payment.<\/p>\n

Payment of registration fee<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Full payment should be completed by credit card online, and will be processed via Gestpay of Banca Sella. Otherwise, the registration fee should be paid in advance of the Fourth International SPONSE Workshop by bank transfer. All payments must be processed in Euros.
\nCancellations will only be accepted 60 days before the workshop starts. Cancellation requests must be sent by email (info@sponse.eu) indicating the registration name, surname and email address of the attendee.<\/p>\n

How to submit an abstract<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The abstract submission is now closed.<\/p>\n

The acceptance of abstract will be notified by email. Please contact us at\u00a04sponseworkshop@sponse.eu<\/a>\u00a0is you have any question.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to submit full-Paper<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Authors will receive an email notification for the acceptance of their abstracts by December 31th, 2018, and the final full-paper paper should be submitted by February 28, 2019.<\/p>\n

Please follow this Full Paper Template<\/a> in order to prepare your contribute.<\/p>\n

All the submitted papers will be reviewed. If the submitted text is not conform to the above guidelines, it will be returned back to the authors for corrections.<\/p>\n

In order to submit the final papers also the transfer of copyright need to be filled and submitted through the online procedure.<\/p>\n

Final proceedings with full papers (6 pages or more) will be submitted to be indexed in SCOPUS at the end of the conference.<\/p>\n

Full paper can be submitted through the personal page only after the Conference fee has been paid.<\/p>\n

What is included with the registration fee<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u2022 Submission of one paper. An additional paper can be submitted, per each registered author, with an additional fee of \u20ac 50.
